Quality and Technical Excellence

CCC Plastics' Quality Assurance System will comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2000 international standards for quality systems and the Responsible Care practices as established by the Canadian Chemical Producers' Association.

We will continually improve all aspects of our business and will establish objectives and targets for improvements in product and service quality through the application of technology, resources and best operating practices. Our objective is to meet customer requirements while providing an optimum balance of price, product and service quality.

Our quality assurance program ensures comprehensive control of incoming raw materials, manufacturing process and final product. Our customers have relied on CCC Plastics for consistency of product quality. A comprehensively equipped plastics laboratory located at the Colborne Plant monitors all products to make certain they meet the required standards.

Our technologically advanced laboratory is manned by a competent team of technical staff members who not only supervise all quality control, but also are engaged in new product applied research. Collectively they have over 50 years of industry experience.

By using computerized colour matching equipment and programs, our color technicians are able to generate cost effective matches.
